WISH matching grants benefit first-time homebuyers in cities and towns throughout the Bank’s 3-state district of Arizona, California, Nevada, and in other states where our member financial institutions do business.
You can search, filter, sort, and download detailed information about homebuyers who have received WISH or IDEA grants through participating Bank members, below.
As of January 1, 2022, the Bank has consolidated the two homeownership downpayment assistance programs and will not allocate any separate AHP funds to the IDEA program. All historical homeownership program data is available for your reference.
