Accepting Applications: 2021 Affordable Housing Program

We are excited to announce that we are now accepting applications for the Federal Home Loan Bank of San Francisco's 2021 Affordable Housing Program General Fund (AHP). The deadline to submit an application for funding in the 2021 AHP funding competition is March 10, 2021.

Our Affordable Housing Program is central to the Bank’s mission of expanding access to housing and our commitment to providing resources that shape strong communities. By participating in the AHP General Fund competition, our members and their development partners play a vital role in creating rental and homeownership opportunities that offer lower-income families and individuals a place to call home.

All applications must be submitted through the Bank’s secure portal. The deadline to request a project application workspace on the secure portal is March 3, 2021.
