2025 Targeted Community Lending Plan
Each year, we publish our annual Targeted Community Lending Plan (TCLP), as required by Congressional statute. The TCLP serves a number of purposes, including:
Identifying our district’s affordable housing and economic development needs,
Describing our progress in addressing those needs through our community investment programs and other initiatives, and
Detailing our plans to further address those needs in the coming year, including our performance goals.
We develop our TCLP in consultation with a number of key stakeholders, including our Affordable Housing Advisory Council, Bank members, a Bank housing associate, and economic development organizations in our district, and include research that we conduct and also cull from relevant state and national research reports.
We are proud of the work we are doing in and are grateful for our member financial institutions, whose partnership is crucial to increasing access to affordable housing and homeownership, creating economic opportunity in underserved communities, and making the communities we collectively serve stronger and more vibrant and resilient.
