Community Investment Portal

About the Portal

As part of our ongoing commitment to partnering with our member financial institutions and community organizations on delivering grants for affordable housing, homeownership, and economic development, we are transitioning to a new technology platform to administer our Community Programs, beginning with our WISH first-time homebuyer matching grant program.

Our new Community Investment Portal will provide an online and self-service interface for our members and their community partners to access records, apply for funds, request disbursement, and meet compliance requirements for the Bank’s community investment programs.

WISH Program

At this time, the Portal will only be available for members participating in the WISH homeownership program. The Portal will allow members to easily enroll homebuyers, submit funds reservation requests, initiate disbursement and repayment requests, and submit supporting information and documents. To ensure a seamless transition for our members currently participating in WISH, all records since 2017 have been migrated to the new Portal from the previous system.

Work is currently underway to bring the Bank’s other community investment programs onto the Portal in the future.

Accessing the Community Investment Portal

All organizations must initially designate at least one Access Manager by completing and submitting the Community Investment Portal Access Authorization Form. The Access Manager will be responsible for managing contacts within their organization and activating and removing access for their contacts on the Portal.

All other potential users should contact the designated Access Manager at their organization in order to gain access to the Portal. The Access Manager will be able to activate a user and enable access.

Detailed access instructions are available for your reference.
