2026 AHP General Fund and Nevada Targeted Fund Applications Opening Soon!

The Bank will release application materials and begin to accept applications for our 2026 Affordable Housing Program (AHP) General Fund and Nevada Targeted Fund on Tuesday, January 20, 2026.

Deadlines:
Tuesday, February 24, 5:00 pm Pacific Time: Deadline to request a project application workspace on the secure portal.
Tuesday, March 3, 5:00 pm Pacific Time: Deadline to submit an application for funding in the 2026 AHP General Fund and Nevada Targeted Fund competition.

Upcoming 2026 AHP Application Webinars:
This year our AHP application webinars will be made available on-demand on our website along with the application materials, followed by a live Q&A session for each fund. The on-demand webinars will be available in January. More information will be provided in advance of the first session.
