Laura Kenney

Laura M. Kenney joined the Bank in September 2024, as Executive Vice President, Senior Executive Advisor. Bringing more than 25 years of finance experience to the Bank, in this new role, Laura collaborates closely with senior leaders and management to drive organizational goals and transformation initiatives, establish and manage executive team governance, and contribute to decision-making processes to enhance the Bank’s position, growth, and operational excellence. Prior to joining the Bank, from May 2023, Laura worked at Ginnie Mae as Senior Advisor for Strategic Operations and the interim Chief Operating Officer. Before joining Ginnie Mae, Laura was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley in the Wealth Management business. Additionally, Laura has over 15 years of experience in the housing finance industry having held leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase and Fannie Mae. Laura earned her M.A. and B.A. degrees in Economics from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Finance from George Washington University.
