David Paull

David Paull serves as the Executive Vice President at George Gekakis, Inc., a prominent developer of affordable housing in Nevada. In this role, he directs all aspects of operations, encompassing development, construction, asset management, and property management. Formerly, he served as Managing Director at CORE Advisory Partners, a comprehensive capital markets and strategic real estate finance advisory. Prior to this role, Mr. Paull held the position of Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development at Nevada HAND, the foremost provider of affordable housing in Nevada. During his 11 year tenure at Nevada HAND, he oversaw the development of more than 3,000 units. Mr. Paull's career includes positions in acquisitions at the Bixby Land Company and The Irvine Company. He also serves as a Director on the Private Activity Bond Council for the state of Nevada. He received a B.A. in business administration from Concordia University in Irvine, California.
