Aruna Doddapaneni

Aruna Doddapaneni is the senior vice president of development at Eden Housing, where she oversees affordable housing development activities across Northern and Southern California. She joined Eden in July 2023 after more than a decade with BRIDGE Housing, where she served as senior vice president of development for Oregon and Southern California. During her tenure at BRIDGE, Aruna led the development of a 250‑unit high‑rise in downtown San Diego that pioneered the use of a combined 9% and 4% LIHTC financing structure within a single building. The project received multiple honors, including the Urban Land Institute Global Award of Excellence (2016). Earlier in her career, Aruna worked in the National Development Services division at Mercy Housing, Inc., where she acquired, restructured, developed, and rehabilitated more than 1,000 units of senior and family housing nationwide. She holds an Executive Certificate in Real Estate Construction Management and an MBA in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver, as well as a bachelor’s in finance from the University of New Mexico.
