Our grant programs can help close persistent resource gaps in the communities our members serve. FHLBank San Francisco’s Affordable Housing Program (AHP) grants help to ensure that people in need can have an affordable place to call home. Matching downpayment grants from our first-time homebuyer programs enable families and individuals to put down roots. Our economic development grants support local nonprofits, agencies, and associations in providing vital economic and social services in underserved communities.

Thanks to a $50,000 grant from FHLBank San Francisco, their dream of homeownership became a reality.
