Member Director Elections
In the 2026 elections, there will be one Arizona member director position and one California member director position. There will be no elections for Nevada member directors.
The Arizona member director position is open, as the incumbent has reached their term limit. Each Arizona member eligible to participate in the election may nominate one candidate for the Arizona member director election. A nominee must be a citizen of the United States and an officer or director of a member institution located in Arizona that (i) was a member of the Bank as of December 31, 2025, and (ii) meets all of its applicable regulatory capital requirements.
The California member director position has an eligible incumbent director who is expected to be nominated. Each California member eligible to participate in the election may nominate one candidate for the California member director election. A nominee must be a citizen of the United States and an officer or director of a member institution located in California that (i) was a member of the Bank as of December 31, 2025, and (ii) meets all of its applicable regulatory capital requirements.
Each of the member director positions in this year’s election will have a term of four years beginning January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2030.

Independent Director Elections
This year, there are no independent director positions to be filled so the Bank will not hold a districtwide election to fill those positions.
Nominations Deadline and Online Voting
Nominations will be accepted from June 16, 2026, through July 16, 2026. Nominations received after 5:00 pm PT on July 16, 2026, will not be accepted.
After the nomination processes have been completed and the Bank has verified the eligibility of the nominated candidates, the Bank will email members of the Bank about online voting. This year, the Bank expects to send voting instructions in August.
