Understanding regulatory requirements and the Bank’s monitoring policies and procedures for the Affordable Housing Program (AHP) is key to maintaining an AHP project subsidy. To aid our AHP participants in understanding and complying with these requirements, the Bank offers training and technical assistance throughout the life of an AHP project.
As of January 1, 2011, all grant recipients with undisbursed subsidy must complete one of the training options listed below. The training must be completed before the next disbursement request, but not more than one year prior to that request.
At least one representative from the member and one from the project sponsor will be required to complete the Compliance Webinar or the technical assistance call.
