1750 McAllister Street RAD Rededication
Community Housing Partnership is celebrating the completion of 1750 McAllister Street, a 97-unit affordable rental property acquired through the City and County of San Francisco’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program. RAD preserves affordability of public housing through transfer of ownership to nonprofit affordable housing. The project received a $970,000 AHP grant through member Bank of America California.

Central Commons Home Dedication
Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley is hosting a home dedication ceremony for 11 new affordable condominiums that are part of its Central Commons development. Central Commons is a high-density homeownership sweat equity project in Fremont that will offer 30 condos to low-income families when complete. The project received a $162,500 AHP grant through member Meriwest Credit Union for phase I and a $325,000 AHP grant through member Patelco Credit Union for phase II.
