Community Support ReviewMembers of the Federal Home Loan Bank must adhere to community support standards established by the Federal Home Loan Bank Act (as amended by the Financial Institutions Reform, Recovery and Enforcement Act (FIRREA) of 1989 and 12 C.F.R. Part 944).To retain access to Federal Home Loan Bank long-term credit, members are required to document their community support activities every two years to the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) by submitting a Community Support Statement. The FHFA publishes the members selected for review in a Federal Register notice every quarter. Members selected for review should complete the Community Support Statement and forward it to: Federal Housing Finance Agency Office of Housing Mission and Goals 1625 Eye Street Street, N.W. Washington, D.C. 20006-4001 Email: HMGCommunitySupportProgram@fhfa.gov Interested organizations or individuals may also submit comments on members currently under review to the FHFA.
