Our grant programs and credit products help create much-needed affordable housing for very low- to moderate-income households and foster economic development throughout the 11th District. Through our targeted grant programs, below-market advance products, and initiatives, our member financial institutions, working in concert with community partners, develop new housing units, rehabilitate dilapidated housing, help lower-income families move from renting to owning, and support innovative economic development efforts that create new jobs.
