2012 WISH and IDEA Program Workshops and Webinar

WISH and IDEA first-time homebuyer matching grant programs are tools that can expand homeownership opportunities for lower-income families and individuals. Both programs can also complement or supplement a variety of local, state, and federal affordable housing programs and neighborhood stabilization initiatives.

Register today for a half-day workshop or 2-hour webinar to find out how to submit a successful application for 2012 WISH and IDEA funds, and to learn more about:
  • homebuyer eligibility, including expanded IDEA program guidelines that now include participation in lease-to-own programs
  • eligible uses (for matching funds of up to $15,000 per homebuyer)
  • the disbursement process
  • using WISH and IDEA in conjunction with Neighborhood Stabilization Program funds, FHA programs, and a variety of downpayment assistance programs
Our workshops and webinar are free, but attendees must register in advance. Space is limited for in-person events.
