Laurie Goodman, Co-Head of Global Fixed Income Research, UBS
As Co-Head of Global Fixed Income Research and Manager of U.S. Securitized Products Research at UBS, Laurie Goodman is well known in the investor community as a leading mortgage analyst. She and her team have been repeatedly recognized by Institutional Investor, receiving first place awards for Mortgage Strategy and Agency Structured Products for the past 10 years.
Lisa MacMillen, Chief Operating Officer, FHLBank San Francisco Lisa MacMillen manages the Bank’s operational divisions, including Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Risk Management, Credit and Collateral Risk Management, Financial Management, Financial Services and Community Investment, Controller’s Department, and Information Services. She has also served as the Bank’s General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.
David Martens, Senior Vice President, Enterprise Risk Management, FHLBank San Francisco David Martens implements the Bank’s risk management framework, actively identifying and managing risks relevant to the Bank’s operations. He also serves as chief credit and collateral risk management officer, enhancing the Bank’s capacity to measure and monitor the risk profile of mortgages and securities collateral pledged to the Bank.
Marci Rossell, Visiting Professor at DePaul University and Former Chief Economist for CNBC Marci Rossell honed her animated speaking style when she served as the Chief Economist for CNBC in the months immediately following September 11th. She brings a world of experience – from Main Street to Wall Street – to a discussion of the U.S. economy, international, events and movements in capital markets.

Dean Schultz, President and Chief Executive Officer, FHLBank San Francisco
Dean Schultz has directed the FHLBank San Francisco since 1991. In March 2008, he was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Office of Finance, which issues and services debt for the Federal Home Loan Banks nationwide. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Social Compact, an organization dedicated to increasing business leadership for, and investment in, lower-income communities.
Will Taylor, Director and Senior Vice President, Vining Sparks Will Taylor consults nationwide on the investment and asset/liability needs of community financial institutions. He is a frequent speaker at financial industry conferences, and has been published in a variety of banking industry periodicals. He has lobbied before Congress and various government agencies regarding banking issues, and has served on the faculty at Mid-South School of Banking and Southwest School of Banking.
